We are working as carpentry from ancient times. Our earliest known ancestor arrived only with a Saw and Adze β filling the need of carpenter in the village and advancing our traditional craft through exceptional craftsmanship.
His son Harihar Thakur carried forward the legacy β bringing glory to his ancestors through his deeds. He even donated land for the government school in the village.
